The leader of the Proud Boys chapter in Ohio was charged with assault after he was recorded sucker-punching a black woman in the face. A man police identified as Andrew Walls, 26, was caught on video outside a bar in the early hours of Sunday, stumbling and fighting with other patrons while yelling racial slurs. Walls yelled "Fuck niggers" as he yelled at his victim, who was passing by with a friend. She told her father that she confronted Walls because she realized she was the only black person around. After the recording ended, the walls kept going and dragged her into the street. He said that she left the scene without calling police. Activists quickly identified the person in the video as Walls. He was the vice president of the Proud Boys chapter in the Akron-Canton area, according to a previous story.
