Jesse Marsch

Jesse Marsch is set to become the new head coach of Leeds United.

The American left the German club in December last year after five months.

Once a work permit is finalized, the 48 year old will be the new boss.

Following a run of heavy defeats, Leeds are two points above the bottom of the table.

After leaving the New York Red Bulls, Marsch joined the team as an assistant and was later hired as their head coach.

He won a league and cup double in his first season in Salzburg.

He was part of the development of Erling Braut Haaland.

He was the head coach when he came back to Leipzig in April last year.

Marsch has been linked with the managerial position at Celtic in the past.
