Farrah Abraham Defends Daughter's Nose Piercing for 13th Birthday

She says she is putting her child's happiness first and standing by her decision to allow Sophia to get a septum piercing.

Despite what her critics say, the Teen Mom says she is doing her best to make sure her teen is happy and healthy, and if that means getting a needle through her nose, so be it!

It was more important for her to get the piercing done by a professional than for Sophia to do it herself.

Despite not being a fan of the piercing, he was happy to celebrate it as a new Abraham family milestone. Sophia called her new nose bling a birthday wish, and also blocked out the haters.

The reality star seems to be in a better place than last month. She was arrested outside a club after hitting a security guard.

She moved away from L.A. after threatening to sue the club. She said she had suicidal thoughts after the arrest.

She is proud of herself for posting the attack and putting the club on blast, and she will be going to a trauma treatment center in Texas for 28 days to recuperate.
