The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement on Sunday that negotiations would be held at the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.
Zelensky agreed that a Ukrainian delegation would meet with President Putin's representatives without preconditions during a phone call with Alexander Lukashenko.
The meeting is going to take place on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River, on Monday morning, according to the deputy interior minister.
Zelensky said that Alexander Lukashenko would make sure all planes, helicopters, and missiles stationed on the territory remained on the ground.
Neither Russia nor Belarus have made any statements about the talks.
Zelensky said he would not meet the Russian delegation because of the invasion. He suggested other cities for the talks.
