She said that the bloc banned the sale of all aircraft, spare parts, and equipment to Russian airlines. This will hurt the economy of Russia and the country.
Most of Russia's commercial air fleet was built in Europe, the US and Canada. They are dependent on that.
The EU's foreign ministers could discuss new sanctions on Moscow on Sunday, according to a source.
