Russia's space agency chief seemed to threaten the United States and Europe with an International Space Station collision after the US imposed sanctions on Russia. The Russian spaceman ranted on Thursday that the sanctions could cause the station to crash. Who will save the International Space Station from an uncontrollable deorbit and fall into the United States or Europe?

One would-be hero responded quickly. The billionaire CEO of the two companies had a simple response to the head of the company.

A confused user asked for more clarification as if they couldn't believe what Musk was saying.
The user commented on the same thread, "I think Elon is referring to this above."
“If you block cooperation with us, who will save the ISS from an uncontrolled deorbit and fall into the United States & Europe”
I think Elon is referring to this above (translation provided by Twitter).
So Elon answered: SpaceX

Musk's response was a simple yes.

There is no doubt that the world needs a little boost right now, as evidenced by the Ghost of Kyiv, who many credit with single-handedly protecting Ukrainian airspace. Musk promised to rescue trapped youth in a Thai cave but failed spectacularly. It's hard to take him seriously now.
Musk responded to a promising thread explaining how he could dock with the International Space Station in the absence of the Russian segment. The International Space Station Editor for NASASpaceFlight.com, Pete Harding, has created renders of the Dragon spaceship that will be docked to the station.
The Dragon could be docked to provide reboost capability.
Here is what the ISS would look like without the Russian Segment attached – in it's place, a Dragon could be docked to provide reboost capability and attitude control. pic.twitter.com/2Zvrotv2Zw

According to the website of Musk's company, the Dragon is capable of carrying up to seven passengers to and from Earth.
Good thread

We hope that Musk's efforts won't be required, and that the controlled destruction and retirement of the ISS goes off without a hitch.
If push comes to shove, a Dragon spaceship may be ready to keep the International Space Station from flattening the US.
There is a reason NASA doesn't have to submit to Russia.
