Kanye West Objects to Divorce, Saying Kim Can't Prove He Wrote Social Media Attacks

The fight he's waged is, well, bizarre, even though he made it clear that he wouldn't end his marriage without a fight.

Kim, Pete and others are going to be in court next week as a result of the social media posts of Yeezus. A judge will make a decision next week on whether to restore Kim's single status.

How does Kim know he wrote those posts? His lawyer says these social media posts are double hearsay.

Kim claims she read something online that was allegedly by West and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation. Kim needed to show that the posts were written by someone else.

The doctors never said that Kim didn't write the posts.

But, that isn't the only thing... The prenup can't be seen as valid at the moment according to the lawyer for the man. There is a presumption in California that prenups signed after 2001 are invalid, and only if both parties agree to do so. It seems that it can't be enforced until there is a full-blown trial, and that means a big delay.

Kim is going to become single because of the roadblocks that are being thrown up. One of the conditions is that all assets be frozen for now. Kim needs the money to run her businesses because their property has a prenup.

It is highly unlikely that the judge will buy what the lawyer is selling.

He is going to try and get a divorce as hard as possible.
