A video was uploaded to the community r/nyc last Thursday showing multiple instances of people making anti-Asian comments in New York City.

The video shows people's reactions towards the user when Racist people encounter Asians.

People block my driveway. They should not block my driveway. They said that this is how they react because they feel entitled to do so.

The videos were all shown in Brooklyn, New York City, although the user did not specify the exact location.

A man yells "F*ck you Chinese people" and a woman yells "You spread corona" in one of the encounters.

The woman yelling from her car happened less than two months ago, according to the user.

The user states that they called in the encounters to the police, who came and deemed it as harassment, and that no other charges were filed.

Several users shared similar experiences they had while living in New York City.

One user said that she went up to a man to ask a question and that he grabbed a napkin and put it over his mouth.

A user shared how a random guy approached them and yelled "Go back to your country!"

In an ideal world, the user would have said to intervene and stand up for the victim. This is NYC, where intervening can leave you dead.
