The San Francisco 49ers signed Jefferson last year after he sat out the entire 2020 season. He was released by the 49ers in December.

In four games with the Ravens, Jefferson totaled 17 tackles, including a team-high 10 tackles in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals. The 30-year-old was on special teams.
