The Pokémon Presents livestream will take place on February 27th at 9AM. The Pokémon Company hasn't revealed what's in store, other than to say that it will be a relatively brief affair, and you'll be able to play it at around 14 minutes. The first games in the franchise were celebrated on Pokémon Day. Red and Green were released in Japan in 1996. The company has announced updates for titles in the lead up to Sunday's festivities. The Pokémon Company has been busy on the games front. It also released Pokémon Unite and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl last year. The Pokémon TCG Live virtual trading card game was released in Canada this week. It remains to be seen if the stream will give an early look at something new or even both.
