With the rights to all of the shows from the streaming service reverting to Disney, the big question was whether they would join the other studios on Disney Plus. The answer is yes, but with some important caveat.

Following up on Mobile Syrup's initial report, it has been confirmed that the shows will be on Disney Plus in Canada on March 16th, which meshes with previous reports that the series are set to leave on March 1st. Between Spider-Man: No Way Home and the Hawkeye series, fans of the Defenders have had more than a few reasons to wonder if and when Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and the others might make the jump over to Disney's own streaming service.

It's not clear if Disney will handle the former-Netflix shows the same way in all of the territories where Disney Plus is currently available. Canada's Disney Plus is home to the Star content hub, which may be a factor in the latest development.
