The nurse who was staying with him for the last 3 weeks confirmed that he had passed. The former Las Vegas headliners, whose real name was Johnathan Szeles, had been diagnosed with heart failure in 2007, and it has been a very tough road. The assistant says that they have thought about losing him many times, but never thought it would happen. At the peak of his Vegas fame, he was making up to $3 million per year. His gonzo act featured some amazing and shocking moves, such as putting a spike through his tongue and sucking on his eyeball. The Detroit native gained a more mainstream audience after appearing on a reality show. He launched a comeback tour around 5 years after he said he only had one year to live. There will be a memorial in Vegas, Michigan and L.A., according to the assistant. He was 63. I am sad.
