European Union member countries want to eliminate pre-departure COVID-19 testing for travelers who are fully vaccine-free.
If you received the last dose of your primary vaccine series at least 14 days before your arrival in the EU, you will be able to enter the EU without prior testing.

Those who received a booster dose and recovered from COVID-19 within 180 days of travel would be allowed to enter.
The guidance is not binding.
The European Commission said that the updates will further facilitate travel from outside the EU into the EU and take into account the evolution of the Pandemic.
The WTTC praised the move in a statement.
Julia Simpson, president and CEO of WTTC, welcomed the decision by the EU to drop travel restrictions before Easter. Europe needs to be rebuilt and connected to the world.
