According to reports, a new contract signed by Styles will result in him being paid a lot.
A recent report on Wrestling Observer Radio states that Styles signed a big money deal.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Styles signed a new contract with the company in January.
The contract was for three or five years, but no monetary terms were given.
The Phenomenal One was not interested in leaving the company, according to Meltzer.
The 44-year-old Styles signed with the company in 2016 after a long run with Impact Wrestling and a short stint in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
He was a star built outside of the confines of the promotion, but chairman Vince McMahon clearly saw something special in the veteran, even though there was some skepticism about whether he would reach the top.
Since joining the company, Styles has become a two-time WWE champion, three-time United States champion, one-time Intercontinental champion and one-time Raw Tag Team champion.
His importance to the company is underscored by the fact that he has had singles matches against some of the company's biggest stars.
On Monday night's episode of Raw, Edge used the word "phenomenal" to tease a potential match against Styles at the upcoming Wrestlemania 38.
Styles has been steadfast in his claim that he is now a WWE guy through and through, and he has given no indication that he plans to leave.
Styles said he would like to retire with the company. He said in January that he would like to work at the WWE Performance Center once his in-ring career is over.
At the age of 44, it is possible that Styles will end his career with a three- or five-year deal with the company.
A match against Edge at a Wrestlemania would be a huge tick off the bucket list for both Superstars.
