A supporter has been suspended from the club pending a police investigation after he was accused of racist abuse.

The individual was removed from the stadium on February 12 after directing racist remarks towards the field.

The police are handling the matter.

A club statement read: "After a racially-aggravated public-order offence at this month's game against Exeter City, the club has issued an indefinite suspension pending a police inquiry."

A supporter was ejected from Valley Parade after directing racist remarks towards the field.

The individual in question has been suspended indefinitely by the club and the matter is now in the hands of the police.

Bradford City AFC does not tolerate discrimination.
