Hannah Tubbs, the trans child molester who received a slap on the wrist last month after pleading guilty to molesting a 10-year-old in 2014, had explicit recordings of her in the Los Angeles jail.

After she pleaded guilty, she bragged that she wouldn't have to register as a sex predator or go back to prison. She made comments about the victim that are not appropriate to print.

Tubbs said in one recording that he was going to plead guilty.

CALIFORNIA TRANS CHILD MOLESTER, 26, got 2 years in prison because of George Gascon.

Her father asked if she would have to register later in the conversation.

Tubbs says he won't have to do that.

What are they going to do to you?

Tubbs answers, then laughs.

James Tubbs pleaded guilty last month to the cold case attack that took place in a women's restroom at a Denny's restaurant. According to prosecutors, Tubbs began to identify as a woman after he was arrested for the crime.

She was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility because Gascon's office refused to transfer the case to adult court, which is against one of the progressive prosecutor's directives. She won't have to register as a sex offender because she could serve as little as six months.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon supports proactive measures to fight crime.

The victim, who was 10 at the time of the attack, told Fox News Digital that Gascon had insulted her.

She wants him to be tried as an adult for the crimes he committed against her.

She said the light sentence was offensive and she didn't get true justice.

She said it was unfair to try him as a woman because he didn't act like one.

The policy change is related to the child molester case.

Tubbs asked the caller to start using female pronouns.

Tubbs says that they are going to put him with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine.

She says that if she goes to prison, she will have sex change surgery and that there are other people in the women's facility.

Gascon addressed the case.

He said that like every responsible office, we learn as we go, take feedback from the community, and make necessary adjustments based on our experiences and the complex nature of this work.

The California bill would allow people to enforce gun laws.

Gascon said that they learned a lot from the Hannah Tubbs case about the need for a policy safety valve.

He admitted that Tubbs committed other offenses after the Denny's attack, including one in which she was linked to the assault.

Ms. Tubbs had several charges in other counties after the juvenile offense but never received any services which both her past behavior and that subsequent to her arrest demonstrates she clearly needs.

Sources tell Fox News Digital that prosecutors were aware of the recordings made in November.

Sharon Woo, Gascon's chief deputy, sent a memo to prosecutors last Wednesday to back off on the blanket ban on trying children in adult court.

At the time, Gascon's office denied the move had any connection to the Tubbs case and instead said the change came as prosecutors await a series of state Supreme Court decisions that are expected to send multiple cases back to Los Angeles.

On Friday, Gascon backpedaled on his other directives, saying exceptions could be made to bring charges that would carry sentences of life without parole and allow juvenile to be tried in adult court. He will prevent his office from seeking the death penalty.

After listening to the community, victims and colleagues, Gascon conceded that his policies were too rigid.
