According to Fox Business, conservative news personalities like Sean Hannity and Dan Bongino are already on the platform.

The right-wing firebrand members of Congress successfully signed up, according to the screenshots posted on their accounts.

Forbes has not been able to access the app, but images posted of the platform suggest it is similar to a Twitter feed.

A source told Fox Business that the platform will be populated over the next 10 days with users who pre-ordered the app, which should be fully operational by the end of the quarter.

Many users were told they had to join a waitlist before they could sign up, while others received error messages when trying to sign up.

The number of people who signed up to use the app is not known, but the number of people on the waiting list is.

It is not known how long it will take for those who have been waitlisted to access the platform. The Trump Media and Technology Group didn't respond to a request for comment from Forbes. A request for comment on the glitch was not immediately responded to by Apple.

After his supporters attacked the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, Trump announced plans to launch Truth Social to regain his once massive presence on social media and create a rival to the liberal media consortium. The Trump Media and Technology Group will be a public company after it merges with Digital World Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company. According to the New York Times, the company is under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission for possibly holding talks with Trump before it went public.
