A bunch of satellites burned up in the atmosphere weeks after they were launched.
The mission successfully launched on Monday at 9:44 a.m. after being delayed due to recovery weather. The rocket will lift off from the Space Launch Complex-40 in Florida.
The mission will see 46 more satellites deployed to low Earth orbit as part of the high-speed, low-latency Starlink satellite internet service.
The launch was streamed live on the internet. You can relive it below.
The launch went off without a hitch, with the rocket's first stage booster landing in the Atlantic Ocean 10 minutes after liftoff. It is the sixth launch for the Falcon 9 booster, which has previously led five Starlink missions.

The launch of this bunch of satellites comes just weeks after around 40 SpaceX satellites burned up in the atmosphere due to a mass ejection of energy from the sun. The deorbiting satellites will reenter or already have reentered the Earth's atmosphere, but they pose zero collision risk with other satellites and by design demise upon atmospheric reentry.
The new Starlink satellites were put into low Earth orbit about an hour and three minutes into the mission. Musk wants to send a total of 42,000 satellites into space, which could be great for internet speed, but has long sparked concerns around space junk.
The successful deployment of the satellites was confirmed by the company.

It is the third Starlink satellite launch for the company this year, and they always look like something out of a sci fi fantasy.
