The Brazilian Health Agency has changed its entry requirements for international travelers, now requiring children over five years old from countries that have begun vaccinations to provide proof of their immunizations.

Children over the age of five who are from a list of countries must provide either physical or photographic proof of their vaccinations.

The United States, the European Union, Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Bolivia, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, China, Cuba, El Salvador, United Arab Emirates, Ecuador, Indonesia, Israel, Paraguay, Peru, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Venezuela are included in the list

Children under two years of age must have a negative COVID-19 test. Children with health or humanitarian exemptions don't need to provide proof of vaccine.

The Traveler Health Declaration form, which can be filled out 24 hours prior to departure, is one of the entry requirements. Travelers will have to provide an international yellow fever vaccination card.

Those who don't have a vaccine exemption and don't meet the vaccination requirement will be required to stay in the country for fourteen days.
