According to the report, hundreds of employees have signed an internal letter protesting the company's plans to launch a cloud service. Employees say the NFT cloud violates the company's core values and they are angry.

The NFT space is rife with shady dealings. In January, OpenSea, which bills itself as the world's first and largest NFT marketplace, admitted that over 80% of NFTs were plagiarized.

Money to be made in the growing world of NFTs is a fact that is not lost on the company. According to a report from Chainalysis, at least $44.2 billion in coins was sent to the types of smart contracts associated with NFTs.
One of the employees who signed the internal open letter said they would quit if the NFT cloud plan went ahead.
The employee said that he would find a company that lived by its values.
It was not the first company to announce a NFT-related initiative and it was met with employee backlash. According to a report in February, employees of the company were pushing back against the NFT pans.

If the commitment to the NFT initiative is more than the promise of the blockchain, then that will be shown by the response to its employees.
