There is no shortage of great pairs in the NBA right now, but LaVine thinks the Bulls have the best one-two punch.

Speaking to reporters during Saturday's All-Star press conference, LaVine said he and DeMar DeRozan are the best duo in the NBA.

Some of the other top tandems haven't played much together this season, which is one reason why LaVine and DeRozan have been able to move up the ranking of best duos.

The Brooklyn Nets no longer have James Harden, and the other teams have only played together three times this season. The Los Angeles Lakers have been missing Anthony Davis and James for a long time.

The Bulls are tied with the Miami Heat for the best record in the Eastern Conference thanks in large part to the play of DeRozan and LaVine.

The NBA's All-Star break is just around the corner, and it might be sad for DeMar DeRozan. He is in the midst of a historic run that has catapulted him into the discussion of the most valuable player.

The five-time All-Star has scored at least 35 and shot 50 percent from the field in seven straight games.

LaVine missed three straight games leading into the All-Star break with a knee injury. He is on pace to average at least 23 points per game for the fourth year in a row.

The DeRozan-LaVine duo is averaging over 50 points per game this season.

The Chicago Bears are on the verge of making the playoffs for the first time in two years. The team has not won a playoff series in over two years.
