Tucker Carlson ran a segment about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on his show.

On the Friday evening broadcast, Carlson offered commentary on a forthcoming book by the editors of New York Magazine. The biography of the political star will be released on February 22.

Carlson said he received an early copy of the book, which he called a "book-length suck up" to the lawmaker.

Carlson used an excerpt from one of the live broadcasts on social media.

She has no agenda, nothing in particular to get off her chest, according to the excerpt read aloud on Carlson's show. It is as if she were tired and wanted to talk.

Carlson said she was definitely oversharing and called her comments a little strange.

Carlson said that the person who wrote it didn't even think it was weird. One step from what are you wearing?

She referred to her past comments calling out Republicans for what she deemed their sexual frustration.

Remember when the right wing had a meltdown when I suggested they exhibit obsessive impulses around young women? Tucker Carlson is wishing for this on national TV.

If you are this easy with sexual harassment on air, how are you treating your staff?

A spokesman for Fox News did not respond to the request for comment.

In the same segment, Carlson said that the woman of color was not a woman of color, but a rich white lady.
