Clouds on Mars look like Earth-like structures.
The space agency recently uploaded atmospheric footage from last year. A car-sized robot landed on Mars almost a decade ago and is exploring the planet.
NASA explained that we can see clouds passing directly above the rover. The clouds are almost 50 miles high and likely composed of carbon dioxide.
The clouds cast shadows on the desert.

The atmosphere on Mars is very thin. It is a profoundly inhospitable place for any potential human visitors because it is mostly composed of carbon dioxide.
The atmosphere of Mars was not always so thin. planetary scientists believe that the atmosphere was once thick enough to sustain a warm world with flowing water.
