In a fight that has been in the making for a decade, the two boxers will face each other at the Manchester Arena on Saturday.

A loss for Khan or Brook, both 35 and former world champions, could spell retirement, but this fight is all about bragging rights for two men who have shared a huge rivalry dating back to their amateur days.

A sell-out crowd of 20,000 is expected, and there will be live text commentary on the website of the British Broadcasting Corporation.

We asked big names from the world of boxing for their opinion on the big fight. Many are sitting on the fence.

Eddie Hearn is a Matchroom Boxing promoter. My money is on Kell brook for this one. He wanted the fight more over the years and he has been training harder.

Khan always bring the action. Everyone knows he is vulnerable and everyone loves a bit of vulnerability, which is why I have always watched him. Is Kell Brook's finishing skills still there? Is his timing still there? I don't know.

Ben Shalom is a boxxer promoter. Either way, it could go. That makes it exciting. I can't call it that.

It's a tough fight to call with so many questions and I keep changing my mind. Who has more left? How does the weight affect Kell? Is it possible that he can make Amir walk to a shot?

If it goes past four rounds, I'm just sliding towards Amir, but there's a chance Kell could land inside four. It is hard to judge and that makes it hard to predict. Kell has been in camp since last summer. As I am talking now, I am leaning towards brook.

Steve Bunce is a boxing pundit. I would have preferred it in the year 2014, but we have it now. It will be a hard fight. A fight for the two of them. I think he will get it. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Khan v Brook II.

Amir Khan says he is better shape at 35 than 25 before Kell Brook fight

Barry Jones is a former WBO super-featherweight champion. He caught him off balance. In the middle rounds, brook drops Khan twice but still loses a points decision. You heard it here first.

It's simple, it's a world title fight on the undercard. I don't think brook lands if Khan is close to him, but if he lands, he can win. I think Khan wins.

TheKhan-Brook fight is a great fight. Everyone is excited. A lot of people think it is a cash grab, but it is still a good fight. People still watch it even though it is past its prime. I am going to go for him. He has fought the better level of fighters, but it only takes one chocolate brownie.

Abdul Khan said that he felt like he was rolling back the years, because he was locked in to what he was doing. He is ready to knock Kell out.
