With winds gusting up to 70 miles per hour, it is very challenging for pilots trying to land at London Heathrow Airport.
If you're an aviation enthusiast, I highly recommend watching Big Jet TV's live feed, which has hours and hours of footage of attempted landings on runway 27L. The winds are not as bad now as they were earlier, so I would recommend going back a few hours in the feed.
It is amazing to see how many go arounds there are, and also how beautiful some of the landings are. Hundreds of thousands of people have watched this, so it's cool to see how many people choose to watch it.
If you have a few minutes or several hours, I would highly recommend checking this out, and scrolling back to earlier in the broadcast, in the late morning or early afternoon hours.
I like to watch this kind of stuff a lot.
