Over the last year, there have been a lot of product updates on the site. Users will be able to pin six conversations to the top of their inbox for easy access. The feature is available on a number of platforms.

The ability to send a message to multiple people at the same time was one of the long-awaited changes that was made last year. Instead of timestamping individual messages with the date and time, they started grouping them by day.
It wouldn't be a surprise if there were even more new features coming soon. Sphere, a London-based group chat app, and Quill, a would-be rival to Slack, were acquired by Twitter in the last few months of 2021. Sphere and Quill employees were absorbed into the social network, with former staff working on messaging. The founder of Quill joined the Conversations team as a project manager.
