If the two clubs can agree on a fee, Ousmane Dembele could move to Paris St-Germain on Monday.
The Spanish club wants 20m euros for the player who is out of contract in the summer.
Dembele has been asked to take a pay cut or leave after being paid 98.6 million dollars for his services.
Both Manchester United and Chelsea were interested in a deal.
Because of financial fair play restrictions, the Premier League clubs are not expected to be able to challenge for the France forward's signature.
If Dembele does move to Paris, he will join Lionel Messi in the French capital, as well as teaming up with international colleague Kylian Mbappe and Brazil star Neymar.
Barcelona want to sell Dembele in order to sign either Morata or Aubameyang, with whom they have a deal agreed.
There is a chance Dembele will move to Paris in a swap deal with Mauro Icardi.
