The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is one of the three World of Hyatt hotels in Waikiki Beach. Only the Hyatt Regency is on the beach, across the street from the beach.

In October, we stayed at the Hyatt Centric.

The lobby of the hotel is modern and welcoming. The staff is professional and friendly. We arrived at the hotel late after a long flight.

There is a cute bar, but it is not operational.

There was a nice Hawaiian vibe to the hallway.

We were upgraded to a suite. It is a large room with a small living room next to it. The City View Suite is a loftacious style suite that can reach up to 500 square feet. These rooms have a king bed, separate living room with a sofa and stunning views of Waikiki city center.

Since we were in the middle of the Pandemic, we were happy to have the living room where we could eat and relax. The couch is a sleep sofa so it would work well for families with young children. The accommodations didn't have a terrace. I don't think any of the rooms at the hotel have balconies, but we wish the room had one.

I thought our suite was very nice and modern. The balloons were for my birthday.

The living room is large.

This is the bathroom.

It seems like it would be so easy to close off the toilet in a hotel bathroom.

This is the view.

The pool is on the same level as the lobby. Unfortunately it is not a real swimming pool. It is actually only a few inches deep.
