Joe Burrow knows that his ears will be ringing on Sunday.

One of the loudest stadiums in the National Football League has been a topic of discussion as Cincinnati prepares for the game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The course is par for the course this deep in the playoffs.

It was loud last week, and it will always be a topic when you are playing on the road in the playoffs. We handled it well. We made a couple of mistakes.

I think we have had a good week of practice. I think we will be prepared for it.

The decibel levels at Kansas City's Arrowhead Stadium will be expected. Cincinnati piped in crowd noise for practices inside Paul Brown Stadium that could be heard from blocks away.

The Kansas City crowd set a Guinness World Records for the largest crowd roar at a stadium at 142.2 decibels during the Monday Night Football game against New England.

The capacity of the stadium is smaller than those in the SEC.

I think a lot of the guys, like Joe, are ready for that because they played in the SEC, where it was hundreds of thousands of fans in the stadium.

There is a chance that the pre-snap disruption will happen in Kansas City. Cincinnati has been working on its communication in anticipation of the noise.

The team committed two false start penalties in their road win over Tennessee. Both stadiums can be loud, according to the left tackle who played college ball at Alabama.

It is a big deal, Williams said. The SECstadium can be loud and the Arrowheadstadium can be loud. I don't think anyone would want to slight them by saying that.

The fourth-seeded Bengal are looking to block out the noise, upset the Kansas CityChiefs and advance to the Super Bowl for the first time since 1989. Williams said that at a certain point, all noise ceases to be heard.

Williams said it could be 140 decibels. It does not matter. You can't have drums. We have a plan as long as you communicate in a non-threatening way and have a good understanding of the scheme.
