The Bleacher Report has the latest news from the WWE Universe.

There is a report that Jeff Hardy is going to be in the WWE Hall of Fame.

According to a report, WWE reached out to Jeff Hardy about being part of the Hall of Fame Class of 2022, but he declined.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the head of talent relations for the World Wrestling Entertainment called Hardy a few weeks back, but he wasn't interested.

After a strange incident at a live event in Texas, which saw him leave during a six-man tag team match, the company released him.

According to Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, the release of Hardy was due to the fact that he refused to get help in the form of rehab.

Matt said that Jeff turned down rehab. Matt agreed with the assessment that Jeff did not need to go to rehab.

According to Meltzer, Jeff inquired about the results of the drug test he took before he was released from the company.

He wasn't going to test positive for any recreational drugs, so he wanted the results.

Jeff and Matt have already announced that they will be embarking on a reunion tour in March, so it is unlikely that he will return to the company in the near future.

Since Matt is already with AEW, it is assumed that Jeff will sign with the company once his non-compete clause ends, allowing them to have one last high-profile run as the Hardy Boyz.

It is likely that both of the Hardy brothers will go in the Hall of Fame one day, but it may not happen for a while.

Aksana is rumored to be Scheduled for Women's Royal Rumble.

Several former WWE Superstars will be returning for the women's Royal Rumble match, but a somewhat unexpected name could enter the scene as well.

Aksana is in St. Louis for the Royal Rumble and is expected to compete in the women's match.

In 2009, Aksana signed a developmental deal with the company and made her main roster debut in 2011. She has been out of wrestling since she was released from the company.

While she never held a title on the main roster, Aksana was the Queen of FCW in Florida Championship Wrestling, which was WWE's developmental territory at the time.

Aksana did a wedding angle with Goldust and was Cesaro's manager for a period of time.

The last match on record for the Lithuania native was on a June episode of the show.

While Aksana is not as well known as some of the other legends competing in the women's Royal Rumble match, she may receive a nice reaction from fans if she does.

Kurt was going to be in St. Louis.

Kurt Angle is in St. Louis ahead of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

According to Fightful Select and Ringside News, the wrestler is going to be in St. Louis this weekend.

It is not clear if there are any more plans for him, although a surprise entry in the men's Royal Rumble match is possible.

Three years ago, he had his last match at Wrestlemania 35. He hasn't gotten back in the ring since he lost to Baron Corbin in what was supposed to be his retirement match.

The multi-time world champion worked for WWE in a backstage capacity for a while after that.

The referee of the Fight Pit match between Riddle and Timothy Thatcher in NXT in 2020 was also a good man.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see him return Saturday, as he was part of the Royal Rumble match just months before his retirement.

Even though he is retired, the Rumble could be an opportunity for him to put his boots on one more time, as he likely wouldn't be asked to do anything too taxing.
