A player with their first five technical fouls will be fined $2,000 per infraction.
The Pels have a young player on a two-way contract. Half of the league's minimum salary is for those contracts. The minimum salary for a rookies this season is $910,258, meaning that Alvarado is making $462,000.
It's not much, but less than the $32 million that Embiid is clearing.
