The NCAA updated its trans athlete policy in January to allow biological men to compete in women's sports. The guidelines allow sports governing bodies to require trans athletes to demonstrate testosterone levels below a certain threshold, but they do not bar males from competing in women's sports.
The NCAA has become a bystander waiting for other organizations to make tough decisions. It is patently unfair to all the other competitors.
