Amad Diallo joined Manchester United from Atalanta in a 19 million dollar move, but is set to join Rangers on a six-month loan.

The 19-year-old has only made nine appearances since he joined the club.

His only game of the season was his start in a draw with Young Boys.

After Ianis Hagi was ruled out for the rest of the season, Rangers have been looking for attacking options.

The move to Feyenoord fell through because of Diallo's injury.

With his first-team chances restricted, United feel he will develop under Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

The deal is a straight loan with no option to buy.

Diallo was the first player to be signed and registered.
