Valve's Steam Deck will launch on February 25th after a two-month delay. On Wednesday, Valve said in a post that it would open orders for the first group of reservation holders. Customers will have 72 hours to purchase a handheld. Valve will release their spot to the next person if they don't use the opportunity. The first orders will be shipped on February 28th. On a weekly basis, Valve says it will open orders to more customers. The Steam Deck was supposed to be released at the end of 2021, but because of parts shortages, the date has been pushed back. The price for the steam deck is $399. You get a device with 64 gigabytes of internal storage and a carrying case. There are also models with more than 512 gigabytes of storage. The cost is $529 and $649. The most expensive version has an anti-glare screen. The Steam Deck has a custom chip with a 2.4 GHz processor and eight RDNA 2 computer units. It comes with a lot of RAM. The latest games can be run at a very efficient power envelope, according to Valve. There will be a review of the Steam Deck on February 25th.
