Peter Robbins, Voice of Charlie Brown, Dead at 65 from Suicide

Peter Robbins, the voice of Charlie Brown, took his own life.

Dylan Novak is Peter's agent. Peter checked into a mental hospital after Christmas. Novak says that Peter was in a bad state when they spoke in January.

The hospital staff tried to convince Peter to stay for a few more weeks, but he decided to leave himself. He was found dead after that.

Novak says that he was very vocal about his own problems because he wanted to help others.

Robbins voiced the Charlie Brown cartoon character back in 1963.

He was 65 years old.
