Most of us don't have a plan to celebrate accomplishments. People and organizations tend to have a mindset of "on-to-the- next", even though it is contrary to productivity and efficiency. Nothing could be further from the truth. The lessons learned on the path to achievement and the relationships between people that make future achievement more plausible can be strengthened through celebration.
