Delta has cut back on domestic first class service during the Pandemic, and we now have a time frame for when that should change.
Delta first class hot meals as of March 2022
Delta will resume hot plated meal service in domestic first class.
- Hot meals will be rolled out as of March 1, 2022, and all eligible flights should have them within a week of that date
- Hot meals will be available on flights of over 900 miles, including domestic flights, as well as international flights to & from Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean
- There aren’t yet any details of what the hot plated meals will look like; I imagine they’ll be similar to pre-pandemic
- Flights under 900 miles will continue to feature complimentary drinks and a choice of snacks
