Samsung confirms Galaxy Unpacked date and time for Galaxy S22 reveal

• Samsung will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event virtually in early February.
• The event is set for February 9 at 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET.
• Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S22 series, including the Galaxy Note successor.

Early February is when the Galaxy Unpacked will be available. The next major launch event will take place on February 9 at 7 a.m. 10 a.m. Time. The company is expected to announce its next flagship series at Unpacked.

Tim Roh, the president and head of MX, teased experiences that were borrowed from theGalaxy Note series.

We expect the S22 Ultra to succeed the Note series by including a built-in S Pen. One of the downfalls of last year's best phone was that it required a case to hold the S Pen.

It will feature a design that is different from the other S22 models and will be similar to the Note 20. The back will likely feature a new camera array that looks like a mix between the S21 Ultra and LG Velvet.

The phones are likely to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Chipset from the two companies, although we expect the chips to vary based on region.
