The Los Angeles Rams will have a chance to redeem themselves against the San Francisco 49ers in the playoffs, after blowing a 14-point second-half lead to their division rivals in Week 18.
The New Orleans Saints were hurt more by that game than the Rams were because it kept the Saints out of the playoffs and gave the San Francisco 49ers a wild-card spot.
Andrew Siciliano of the NFL Network noted that there may have been some sarcasm involved. We are rooting against the Rams because of that.
Making the playoffs would have given the Saints more time to think about their future without their head coach.
