The South Korean company will hold its first Unpacked event of the year on February 9 and is expected to unveil new flagship phones that will compete with Apple's iPhone 13 and 13 Pro models.
Join us as we break the rules to set the epic standard. The S22 is the next-generation device that we are likely to see launch. In its video, the company suggests camera improvements and mentions breaking through the night.
A trio of devices in size options that will be mostly on par with the 5.8-inch mini and the 6.1-inch iPhone 13 will be part of the lineup. The S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra are all being worked on by the company.
There have been multiple leaks and rumors about what we can expect from the new phones. The high-end flagship will have a boxier design similar to the Galaxy Note, a built-in S-Pen holder, and a four-lens camera setup, while the two smaller smartphones will feature rounded corners and triple-lens cameras.

The two more affordable smartphones will offer updated 50-megapixel main cameras and ultra wide and telephoto lens, but the updates are expected to be modest. We are expecting Apple to add 48-megapixel cameras to the iPhone 14 Pro models, but as of right now, Apple has the same amount of cameras as the 13 Pro models.
A Super Clear lens for reduced glare and reflections, an ultra wide lens, and a periscope lens are included in the price of the S22 Ultra. Rumors suggest that the periscope lens will not come to the iPhone until at least 2023.
The front display of the S22 lineup is expected to have hole-punch camera designs, as well as new body colors and performance improvements. When February 9 rolls around, we will learn more about how the new flagship phones compare to Apple's devices.
