The FDA decision to halt the use of Covid-19 treatments made by Eli Lilly and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals was questioned by the state of Florida.

The FDA revoked authorization for the use of the two treatments due to their ineffectiveness against the omicron variant and to avoid side effects from treatments.

Some conservatives protested the FDA decision.

At a press conference Tuesday, he said he would fight back against the decision to stop using the two treatments for Covid-19.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the omicron variant was responsible for 99% of new Covid-19 cases in the country.
