According to a source, the Baltimore Ravens have fired Don "Wink" Martindale with one year remaining on his contract.
Harbaugh said he and Martindale agreed to move forward in separate directions.
Harbaugh said in his statement that he is proud of what has been accomplished and the work he has done. Don has been a major contributor to the success of our defense since he became defensive coordinators four years ago. He has done a great job. It's time to look for other opportunities.
