The passengers of the Crystal Symphony were told on Friday that the ship would sail to Bimini, where a fast ferry would take them back to Florida.

A federal district court in Miami issued a warrant for the Crystal Symphony because they had not paid their fuel bills.
Crystal's ships are flagged in the Bahamas, which is where the symphony changed course for after it was scheduled to end in Miami.
An arrest warrant was granted after Crystal was sued for not paying their bills.
Crystal suspended operations of its ocean and expedition ships through April 29 after parent company Genting Hong Kong said that it would be out of cash by the end of the month.

The complaint said that Star Cruises owes over a million dollars in fuel bills.

The court ordered the marshals to arrest the vessel, her boats, tackle, apparel and furniture, engines and appurtenances, and to detain them in your custody pending further order of the court.

Crystal didn't reply to the request for comment on Friday.
