When the team was in pads on Tuesday, the coach wanted to see how Henry would respond to contact before making a decision on Henry's inclusion on the 53-man roster. Henry was put through a series of drills by running backs coach Tony Dews, which ended with a collision with two defensive players.

He has not had contact in a while. We are going to have to do things that are close to what he will be asked in a football game.

Henry took part in all of the practices this week. Henry showed progress throughout the week as his workload increased.

Henry said he felt great. I wanted to get some pads on. Haven't been on in a while, but got some contact going.

Henry will have a lot of work to do against the Bengals on Saturday. The team will watch how Henry progresses during the game.

Henry is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win, even if it means getting a heavy workload. He feels he has done everything he can to be ready for the game.

The flow of the game could affect how much Henry plays. He is looking forward to the possibility of having a trio of running backs in the backfield. In nine games, the duo combined for 916 rushing yards and five touchdown.

Henry was placed on the injured reserve by theTitans. The 21-day window for Henry to be added to the active roster was opened by the designation.

Henry fractured his foot in the team's 34-31 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8 and was placed on injured reserve.
