The 1,000-acre site where Intel will research, develop, and manufacture its most cutting-edge computer chips will be home to at least two Semiconductor Fabrication Plants. The announcement by Intel is the largest private-sector investment in Ohio history and a bright spot in what has been a dismal few decades for manufacturing in Ohio and the Midwest.
