Bennett will return to Georgia for his final season.

Daniels won't be the quarterback he replaced.

Daniels and Burton entered the transfer portal on Wednesday, the same day that Bennett took to social media to say he'll be back in 2022.

The former walk-on turned starter wrote about one more year. "Let's go."

Bennett replaced Daniels as the starter in October and led the team to their first national championship since 1980.

Daniels had started three games for Georgia but was replaced due to oblique and lat muscle injuries.

Daniels returned from a knee injury to lead Georgia to four wins, including a Peach Bowl victory over Cincinnati.

Daniels was a pocket passer for USC in the '18 and '19 seasons. He became the second true freshman quarterback to start a season opener in the last four years, and started 11 games that fall, passing for 2,672 yards with 14 touchdown and 10 interceptions. Daniels injured his knee in the opening game of the season and did not return.

Along with Bennett, Georgia's quarterback room will also include Brock Vandagriff, who is ranked 37th in the class of 2021. The quarterback signed with the school in the class of 2022.

Over the past two seasons, Burton recorded Burton was the 99th recruit in the 2020 class.
