Affirmative action taken at 1:08 PM.

The source said that Bruce Arians had been fined $50,000 by the league for grabbing Andrew Adams' helmet.

Adams was trying to pull a player out of a pile after a fumbled punt, which would have drawn a penalty. He can be seen hitting Adams' helmet with an open hand and elbowing him.

Adams didn't get punished on the play.

"I'll appeal it," he said. We're good because it has nothing to do with the game.

According to a source, the note stated that the conduct directed towards your players fell below standards expected of an NFL head coach.

The fine was reported by the NFL Network.

Last month, Urban Meyer came under increased scrutiny when Josh Lambo claimed that he had been kicked by the Jacksonville coach during warm-ups. The next day, Meyer was fired for a lot of issues.

He was asked if he regretted making physical contact with the player.

"No," he said. I've seen enough stupidity. Guys can't be pulled out of a pile. He was trying to pull a guy out of a pile and I was trying to knock him off so he didn't get a penalty.
