The 64th edition of the annual ceremony, which was scheduled to be held indoors in Los Angeles on January 31, was postponed because of rising Covid-19 cases.
It will be broadcast on CBS.

The academy usually makes money by renting out the Crpto.com Arena suites for the show, but it does not have any luxury suites.

The performers for the ceremony have not been announced. Jon Batiste received 11 nominations, more than any other artist. The stars that received multiple nominations were: Doja Cat, Justin Bieber, and Lil Nas X.
