Samsung's first chipset with AMD GPU is here to 'redefine mobile gaming'

The Exynos 2200 is the official version with the RDNA 2-based Xclipse graphics card.
The graphics card is designed to deliverconsole-quality visuals on mobile.
The Exynos 2200 is in mass production, and we should see it in the S22.

Two years ago, we saw the first realization of the work that was done by the two companies. The Exynos 2200 is now official, and it has a host of exciting new features.

The Exynos 2200 is the first of its kind with the RDNA 2-based graphics card. The PS5 is a current-gen console that is based on the architecture. The first hardware-accelerated ray tracing solution for mobiles is offered by the Xclipse 920. This is a big gain from the design that was used last year on the Exynos 2100.

David Wang is the Senior Vice President of the Radeon Technologies Group at Advanced Micro Devices.

The Exynos 2200 has Arm's latest Cortex X2 core joined by the A710 and A510, which is similar to what Qualcomm is using this year. It's likely that we'll see a phone with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz from Samsung sometime this year.

There's a new 5G modem that has broader coverage, and the Exynos 2200 can handle 8K video at up to 60 frames per second, and it can also handle 200MP cameras. It's built on a 4 th generation chip, just like the other two.

Yongin Park is the President of the System LSI Business.

The international versions of the S22 should see the debut of the Exynos 2200 later this quarter, as it is currently in mass production. The Exynos 2100 came close to being the best gaming phone in the world last year, but it didn't measure up to the best phones in the world.

I'm interested in seeing how the Exynos 2200 holds up in real-world use, and I think it will solve the hurdle. We don't have to wait long to find out.
