J.J. Watt is expected to play in the wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams after being activated from injured reserve.
Watt practiced for the first time since his injury.
Watt said that he injured his rotator cuff, labrum, capsule, and infraspinatus, as well as dislocating his biceps tendon, after he injured his shoulder.
Watt had surgery on his shoulder in November and was given a four- to six-month window to return.
After 10 seasons with the Houston Texans, three-time Defensive Player of the Year, and current Arizona Cardinal, Watt is in his first season with the team. He has two sacks this season and over 100 in his career.
